Operations & Cadet Programs Manager

Headington School is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee safe and effective day-to-day operations, including security coordination and transport fleet management. The role also supports risk management, health and safety, and MoD compliance.

Additionally, the postholder will serve as the CCF School Staff Instructor for about two days per week during term time, assisting with evening and weekend activities, exercises and camps and liaising with volunteers and cadets.
