Hermes is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal team in Leeds, supporting a fast-paced, evolving business. This hands-on role covers UK and international commercial contracts, client agreements and supplier contracts, with collaboration across Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement and Operations.
You will advise on technology matters including SaaS, software licensing and IT services, mitigate risk, maintain precedents and provide training.
