Chandlers Ford Care Home is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life through person-centred activities, promoting wellbeing, independence and social interaction.
You will plan and deliver group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents’ interests and care needs, including those living with dementia, working with a supportive team in a warm home environment.
Training is provided, and there are opportunities for development within Care Concern Group.
