Supervisor Job Title Marketing & Digital Manager

  • Support the creation of digital and print marketing materials.
  • Design social media graphics, campaign assets and digital advertising materials.
  • Assist with website and e-commerce creative assets, including banners and promotional graphics.
  • Support the development and adaptation of product packaging artwork.
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, product sheets and POS materials.
  • Prepare artwork for internal review, digital use and print production.
  • Make artwork amendments following feedback from the Marketing team.
  • Help organise and maintain creative files and brand assets.

What will the internship offer the student and what will they learn while they are with you? E.g. skills they could learn/develop and experience they could gain.

During the internship, the student will gain practical, hands-on experience working within a busy Marketing department in the beauty industry, with ongoing guidance and support from the Marketing team.

The internship will provide opportunities to develop skills in:

  • Graphic design for commercial use, including digital, print, packaging and point-of-sale materials
  • Brand identity and consistency, learning how to work within established brand guidelines across multiple beauty brands
  • Social media and digital content creation, including designing assets for campaigns, websites and email marketing
  • Packaging and retail design, gaining exposure to real-life product launches and retail projects
  • Creative software and tools, with practical use of platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Creative project management, including responding to briefs, managing feedback and working to deadlines
  • Cross-department collaboration, working with Marketing and other departments to understand how creative work supports wider commercial objectives

The student will receive regular guidance, feedback and mentoring from the Marketing team, while gradually taking ownership of appropriate creative projects as their skills and confidence develop. The aim is to provide valuable industry experience and help them build a stronger professional portfolio.
