Things you will be doing as the Manager:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth operation. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service: Guarantee top-notch customer service by maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with finesse.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, from inventory management to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Keep the ship sailing smoothly.
Training and Development: Train new staff and ensure ongoing training for existing team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
Financial Management: Keep an eye on the budget, monitor costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities. Attract sushi enthusiasts and keep them coming back for more.
Adaptability: In the fast-paced world of sushi, be ready to adapt to changing trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards for food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency.
