As a

Graduate Technical Specialist , you will work closely with customers across

Kent and South Essex , providing technical support and helping to ensure their water treatment systems operate effectively.You will develop your technical knowledge through hands-on experience while building strong relationships with customers and experienced professionals within the business.Key responsibilities will include:Providing technical service and support to customersVisiting customer sites to investigate and help resolve technical issuesCarrying out

site surveys, system audits and product/application assessmentsSupporting customers with water treatment problems and identifying appropriate solutionsDeveloping and managing technical projects to solve customer problemsProviding technical advice to customers and internal teamsSupporting the Sales team with technical input for new business proposalsIdentifying opportunities to improve customer service and system performanceBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationshipsWorking autonomously and managing your own schedule across the territoryProviding on-site and telephone support where requiredWorking in accordance with company health, safety and environmental standardsTraining & Development

You will receive a

comprehensive training programme

designed to give you the technical knowledge, practical experience and commercial understanding required to become a successful water treatment professional.Training will include:Water treatment chemistry and applicationsIndustrial water treatment systemsSite surveys and technical auditsProblem solving and technical project managementCustomer relationship managementTechnical service and applicationsCommercial awarenessHealth, safety and environmental proceduresYou’ll work alongside experienced professionals while gaining valuable hands-on experience with customers and a wide range of water treatment applications.About You

We’re looking for a technically minded graduate who enjoys

solving problems, working with customers and learning how things work .You will ideally have:A degree in

Chemistry, Engineering or another relevant technical disciplineA genuine interest in developing a career within water treatmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe confidence to work independently in a field-based environmentA willingness to travel throughout the territoryA full UK driving licencePrevious experience in

water treatment, engineering, technical service, field sales or a similar environment
