Lifeways is opening a brand-new one-person supported living service in Winlaton and seeks compassionate, positive individuals to join the new support team. You will help a person with learning disabilities, autism and behavioural support needs live independently at home, providing reassurance, encouragement and consistency.
As part of the team, you will support daily living tasks, promote independence, and help create a calm, safe environment where the person can thrive.
