Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield.

This role is suited to a lawyer who is comfortable managing a varied residential property caseload while working closely with partners and maintaining direct client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release transactions
• Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals involved in the transaction
• Identifying and resolving title, planning and property-related issues
• Providing clear, practical advice throughout the transaction process

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement
