Job Description:
East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the North West Integrated Neighbour Team, delivering holistic nursing care in patients’ homes across rural and urban areas. You will work within a supportive MDT and develop your clinical skills.
You must hold RN Part 1, be registered with the NMC, and have IV administration experience. A valid driving licence and car are essential for community-based work.
