Pallet Movement Specialist – Food Factory (Day/Eve)

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Floor Walker to join our Grantham team. This is a permanent, full-time role with shifts Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on alternating weeks. Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire. Salary starts from £538 per week, £29,976 per year, with on-site benefits and progression opportunities.

The Floor Walker will handle pallet movements, weigh pallets, maintain accurate documentation, and perform manual handling while working with limited supervision.
