Scotland Cluster Sales Director – Hotels

The Berkeley is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales to lead revenue generation for a 2–3 hotel cluster in Scotland, with responsibilities across corporate transient, MICE, groups and TMC channels. Aberdeen, Inverness or Dunfermline are preferred bases.

You will develop strategic sales plans, manage RFPs, negotiate with partners, and drive ADR and room-night growth while collaborating with global distribution partners.
