Job Description:
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Nurse Associate to join our Neonatal Transitional Care team on the postnatal ward. You will support mothers and babies, conduct routine observations, assist doctors, and help deliver family-centred care toward discharge.
You will rotate to the neonatal unit and collaborate with midwives, neonatal nurses, and paediatric colleagues in a diverse MDT, contributing to high-quality NTC services while supporting development and learning.
