Service Care Legal is partnering with a highly reputable East London firm to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.

Commercial Property Paralegal – East London

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 (DOE and interview performance)

Office‑based position with a genuine pathway for progression and a training contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Carry out property searches and review title documentation.
• Manage completions, registrations and post‑completion matters.

Qualifications

• Law-related qualification (LPC, LLM or LLB).
• Previous experience in commercial property – essential.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
