Guest Experience & Facilities Lead

First Response Group is seeking a proactive Facilities & Reception Coordinator for our Suffolk Highways team in Ipswich. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, delivering a professional front-of-house experience while providing essential administrative support to the FM function across multiple depots.

You will coordinate access, bookings and sign-in, support fire safety and compliance, and maintain records with strong attention to detail.
