THE ROLE

Are you energetic, organised and great with people? We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality print and digital communications for our clients.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and keep everything running smoothly across our print, direct mail, data, digital communications, and fulfilment services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Manage marketing print & mailing projects from brief to delivery
• Coordinate artwork, data, production, and dispatch
• Check proofs and data for accuracy and quality
• Work with suppliers, negotiate costs and maintain standards
• Track budgets and timelines
• Solve problems quickly and keep clients updated

• Print experience in either marketing print, direct mail and/or digital communications
• A quick learner with great attention to detail
• A team player who loves delivering great service
