Overview

Sustainability Manager for residential refurbishments projects across Yorkshire. Working with Housing Associations and Councils to deliver their sustainability upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing refurbishment projects across Yorkshire
• Lead decarbonisation and retrofit projects
• Implement energy efficiency measures
• Work in partnership with Housing Associations and Councils
• Support the project delivery team
• Oversee retrofit processes and reporting
• Manage funding and design delivery
• Implement EWI, Solar PV, Heating, ASHP solutions
• Oversee a team of Retrofit Assessors

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering residential refurbishment projects
• Expertise in retrofit projects to deliver energy efficiency savings
• Passionate about sustainability
• Based in a commutable distance to Yorkshire
• Relevant construction qualification
