People Ops & Experience Specialist (6‑Month, Remote)

Flash Pack is hiring a People Experience Specialist to own People Ops and culture for a six-month period, with remote flexibility and a London-based office presence. The role focuses on onboarding, payroll, contracts, and driving events that connect our globally distributed team.

You’ll partner with managers to improve processes, support wellbeing and belonging, and bring scalable solutions to the People function while maintaining UK compliance and data accuracy.
