Payroll & Records Administrator

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pay and Transactional Administrator to manage employee records within the national Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system from onboarding to exit. You will accurately enter contractual updates, changes and terminations, ensuring data meets payroll deadlines so staff are paid correctly.

You will work closely with line managers and our external payroll provider, handling daily pay queries with absolute confidentiality and in line with GDPR.
