What you’ll be doing

Are you ready to take on a bold role that connects guests with memorable meeting and event experiences? As a Events Planning Executive, you will be the key point of contact for clients, promoting our versatile vent spaces and ensuring every detail is in place for seamless event execution. You will take pride in your role, meeting guests’ needs and exceeding expectations while building authentic, lasting connections. This customer-facing role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a real passion for service. Your ability to communicate clearly and naturally, both on the phone and in person, will set a welcoming tone for every interaction. Additionally, your organizational expertise and commercial awareness will be key in coordinating high-quality events that embody our brand values and provide extraordinary guest experiences.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in M&E sales or event management, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively to meet client needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple events projects simultaneously
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
  • Ability to analyze events’ market trends and provide insights to drive business growth
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams to achieve common goals
