Room Leader – Build, Coach & Inspire Early Years

Kindred Nurseries is looking for a Room Leader to guide a dedicated room team and uphold outstanding Early Years practice. You will create a safe, stimulating environment and model the highest standards in line with EYFS and Ofsted guidance.

You will coach practitioners, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement with the Nursery Leadership Team. Excellent communication and a passion for great childcare are essential.
