Room Leader, Early Years: Lead & Inspire Learning

Busy Bees is recruiting for a Room Leader at our Bedford area nursery. You will oversee multiple rooms, implement the Bee Curious curriculum, and lead a team to deliver high standards of care and learning.

The role requires Level 3 in Early Years, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will play a key role in child development, family partnerships, and health and safety compliance within a supportive Busy Bees environment.
