Proactive Talent Sourcer (6-Month Contract)

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is currently seeking an Interim Resourcing Officer to join a public sector client on a 6‑month basis, homebased across the UK. You will proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal systems, building pipelines and engaging passive candidates to support recruitment campaigns.

You’ll work with Resourcing Advisors and hiring managers, providing market insight and effective candidate engagement.
