Global Total Rewards Analyst

Kpler is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to drive global compensation and benefits programmes, combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on benefits management. You will own day-to-day activities and support benchmarking, salary analysis, annual reward cycles and market research across our global locations.
