Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will support the commercial delivery of residential developments in the East of Scotland, working with senior commercial and site teams. You will help manage costs, procurement, and CVRs, contributing to project profitability and collaboration across stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Assisting with cost management across residential developments
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Supporting monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs)
• Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial control
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience
• Background from a PQS, main contractor or subcontractor environment
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Residential experience not essential
