Global Tax Reserves Manager for Partners

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Tax Reserves Manager to join the Finance team. This role supports the Head of International Tax and manages partner tax reserves across territories, driving accuracy and timeliness.

You will set up tax reserves in GBP and other currencies, reconcile balances, and coordinate UK and international tax teams to deliver consolidated reserves. The role also requires developing processes and supporting year-end calculations.
