Strategic HR Partner: Change & Employee Relations

Lewisham Council is seeking an experienced HR leader to direct a high-quality employee relations service across directorates. You will provide expert advice on employment legislation, support workforce planning, and lead organisational change through TUPE and restructures.

You will work with the HR Leadership team to develop policy, monitor metrics, and ensure compliance with best practice while delivering a customer-focused service.
