Bilingual (Welsh) People Officer – Hybrid HR Generalist

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a People Officer to deliver a high-quality HR service in a hybrid role covering South Wales. You will support recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration, while maintaining systems and data with confidentiality.

The role requires Welsh language proficiency, CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and experience in a busy HR environment. Occasional travel between office locations is expected as part of a collaborative team.
