Graduate Engineer: Digital Systems & DevOps Program

HSBC Holdings plc offers a two-year Engineering Graduate Programme within the Global Chief Information Office. Starting July 2027 as a full-time role, it is based in Sheffield with rotations across technology teams to build secure, scalable digital platforms and services.

You’ll work with engineers, architects and business partners, gaining hands-on experience in coding, DevOps and AI tooling while pursuing industry certifications.
