Branch Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Rhyl to join our Retail Banking team. The role involves handling branch and phone queries, executing transactions, guiding customers through services, and promoting solutions to improve the customer experience. You’ll work 35 hours weekly on a rota including Saturdays.

The package includes a base salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefits allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus, plus extensive benefits and pension contributions.
