Overview

In this role you drive strategic finance partnering for Go-To-Market, turning commercial realities into robust financial plans. You’ll lead FP&A for GTM, build a data- and AI-enabled finance function, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance platforms. You will shape GTM strategy with senior leaders and help scale the business internationally. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves turning ambiguity into data-driven, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic peer to the Chief Revenue Officer and GTM leadership, translating commercial realities into financial plans and evaluating unit economics, CAC/LTV, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead annual budgeting, revenue modeling, and quarterly forecasting for GTM, shifting toward forward-looking strategic action
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing Finance Business Partner team with a data- and AI-driven culture
  • Unify finance methodologies and planning cycles across Finance Platform and Offering & Enablement Finance teams
  • Embed modern data tools and AI workflows into commercial modelling, revenue forecasting, and finance operations
  • Collaborate on international market expansion and commercial efficiency initiatives using modern data, BI, and AI-enabled tools
  • Work with ERP, CRM, and FP&A stacks to ensure cohesive financial processes and reporting

Key requirements

  • Senior strategic FP&A or GTM-focused finance leadership in SaaS or scale-up environments
  • Experience partnering with C-suite and translating financial detail into strategic guidance
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, revenue drivers) and sales/marketing efficiency
  • Proven ability to leverage data and AI for finance process improvements and forecasting
  • Experience navigating multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structures
  • Proven leadership and coaching track record for finance teams
