Support Worker: Empower Adults with Disabilities – Flexible Shifts

Avenues in Margate is looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to help adults live independently across supported living homes, self-contained flats, and community outreach. You will work with people with autism, physical disabilities, behaviours that challenge, and epilepsy.

The role includes personal care, assisting with finances, shopping, and encouraging social connections, with shifts including AM, PM, waking nights, and sleep-ins.
