Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for the Airbus H135
• Instructing trainees on the T3H or P3H engine maintenance and operations
• Ensuring trainees grasp core competencies and safety protocols
• Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback
• Updating training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and practices
• Supporting trainees through their learning journeys to achieve certification goals

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience in B1.3 maintenance
• Proficiency with the Airbus H135, specifically the T3H or P3H engine
• Previous instructional or teaching experience is advantageous but not required, as full instructor/teaching training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
• Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to suit different learning styles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
