The Balmoral, Edinburgh, is seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with Head Chef Stefano Furci and the team, crafting seasonally inspired, classic brasserie dishes that fuse quintessential French flavours with local ingredients.
You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring the brigade delivers exceptional cuisine with precision and consistency, while training junior chefs and managing costs. The role includes evenings and weekends and a 4-days-on/3-days-off pattern.
