Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional learning needs.Support students with their learning and help them engage positively with lessons and activities.* Assist teachers with classroom activities and the delivery of individual learning plans.* Support students in developing their confidence, communication, and independence.* Help students overcome barriers to learning and encourage positive engagement in education.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience within a specialist SEN setting.Develop practical skills in education, learning support, communication, and behaviour management.* Excellent experience for Psychology and Criminology graduates considering careers working with young people.* Work alongside experienced teachers, SEN professionals, and support staff.* Develop your understanding of individual learning needs and effective support strategies.
