Responsibilities

• Manage own clinical negligence caseload
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to team development

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with demonstrated claimant clinical negligence experience
• Proven ability to manage a clinical negligence caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, experts and referrers
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
