Pay rate
£32,242.00 – £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 – £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours
173 hours per month – the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.

What we’re looking for
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient person who truly cares.
- Full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.

The home and what you’ll do
Our home is a warm, welcoming space for three amazing children who love to stay active and creative. Here, you’ll help them enjoy activities such as:
- Arts and crafts and nail painting

What you’ll do
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Every day is different – from helping with daily routines to planning fun activities tailored to the children’s interests.
- Most importantly, you’ll be a positive role model who helps them achieve amazing outcomes.
