Graduate Project Manager – Roads & Transport Programme

National Highways is offering a Project Management Graduate Programme in Birmingham. The programme runs over three years and includes a levy-funded Level 4 apprenticeship aligned with the APM.

Graduates will join as an Assistant Project Manager after completion, with placements across the business and exposure to major infrastructure projects. You’ll work with experienced project managers, rotate through schemes from local to national programs, and have a chance to secure a permanent role.
