Service Delivery Manager – ITIL Incident Leader

Mando Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join the Delivery Team within the Support service on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The role is based in Liverpool City Centre with a weekly in-office presence during standard hours.

You will manage the Jira Service Desk, oversee incidents, and coordinate with developers, testers and data consultants to ensure timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
