Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Children’s Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working in care/support work
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Experience managing challenging behaviours
• A full UK driving licence is preferred
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts

What we offer:

• £13.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Flexible shifts to suit you
• Days, waking nights and sleep-ins available
• Ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team
