Shallowford Farm is hiring a Programme Manager for a full-time, permanent role based at East Shallowford Farm in Devon. You’ll help expand our work with schools and youth groups and bring more young people to the farm, growing our residential programme and SEND/curriculum-based provision.

The role also involves building stronger relationships with schools and leading the programme team as we move into the next phase of development, with funding support from partners.
