Head Chef – Lead Creative Menu & Kitchen Ops

Compass Group UK is seeking a Head Chef for a high-end contract catering site in Reading. You will lead the kitchen team, shape the food strategy and ensure exceptional restaurant, hospitality and coffee bar service. You’ll own day-to-day operations, menus, and standards across all service areas.
