Quantity Surveyor – Cost Control & Final Accounts

Bimplus is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in Lincoln. You will manage cost, budgets and commercial performance from procurement through to final accounting, working with project managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects within budget and risks controlled.

Ideal candidates will have QS experience in construction, strong contract knowledge, excellent numerical skills and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively under deadlines.
