Tesco Shift Lead role in our stores puts you at the heart of customer service, team leadership, and daily store operations. You’ll lead a team to deliver a great in-store experience, work with colleagues across the store, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours also available).
