A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its established and growing property team. The Rolen You will be responsible for managing a varied real estate caseload, including:

- n
- Acting on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
- Advising on residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Conducting due diligence, reporting to clients, and liaising with stakeholders such as lenders and agents
- Managing matters from instruction to completion
- Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial and/or residential real estate
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and provide high-quality advice
