Resident Liaison Lead – Calm, Clear Community Care

Anglian is seeking a people-focused Resident Liaison Officer to support our window servicing projects, acting as the main contact between residents, the project team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption.

You will inform residents about upcoming work and schedules, handle queries and complaints professionally, arrange access for installations, identify vulnerable residents and conduct site visits to monitor satisfaction.
