RecFest UK, the premier event brand for talent acquisition leaders, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive net-new sponsorship revenue with Tier 2/3 clients. You’ll own outbound prospecting and own end-to-end sales, collaborating with Commercial Leads to connect HR, TA tech, and branding vendors with the TA community.
We prize a 1–3 year track record in outbound B2B, a hunter mindset, and fluency with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
