Calibre Search is helping a major global organisation appoint an Associate Director – Building Surveyor in Bristol. The role combines technical surveying, client management, and team leadership within a growing Bristol Building Surveying team of around 30 professionals.

You will work across commercial, residential, education, defence, and public sector projects, mentoring junior staff and driving business development while delivering high-quality survey outputs. Hybrid working is typical.
