An exciting opportunity has arisen for Night Production Operatives to join a modern, high-speed manufacturing facility operating automated production and packing lines.

This role would suit individuals with previous experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, packaging, assembly, or other fast-paced environments. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your manufacturing career.

The Role

As a Night Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will operate and monitor machinery, carry out quality checks, and support the smooth running of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring automated production and packing equipment.
  • Loading materials and packaging supplies as required.
  • Carrying out quality inspections and product checks.
  • Ensuring products are packed and labelled correctly.
  • Following production schedules and work instructions.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
  • Reporting machinery faults, defects, or quality concerns.
  • Supporting line changeovers and production start-ups.
  • Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

  • Previous experience within manufacturing, food production, warehouse, FMCG, or packaging environments.
  • Experience working with automated machinery.
  • Understanding of health & safety and quality standards within a production setting.
