Baker Street Office Manager (Part-time) — Own the Day

Wahed Invest is seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on part-time Office Manager for its Baker Street London office. You will open/close the office, manage supplies and security, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding with HR. The role supports HR, Finance and IT and offers mornings or full days on a flexible part-time pattern.

You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, handling administration, post, utilities and expenses while partnering with Finance and IT as needed.
