Construction Learning Support Specialist (Part-Time)

South Devon College is seeking a dedicated Learning Support (Practical Learning – Construction) assistant to support High Needs Learners in our construction workshops. You will work 24 hours per week across 35 weeks per year during term time, on-site at Paignton.

The role involves supporting learners with individual learning plans, encouraging independence, and helping them develop practical skills in a busy College environment. A DBS check is required on appointment.
